Possibly slowest Sonic on Earth. I went yesterday and ordered a sundae. It took about 14 minutes. I was the only one there! I went again today and ordered the same thing. It took 22 minutes! Then, the sundae was half peanuts with a scoop of ice cream on top and goo-gobs of caramel on the bottom. You're slow AND you make a worthless sundae? That's foul. Flag on this play!

This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I don't know why I bothered to attempt it again after my my 2 previous experiences. I walked into the dining room and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I was never acknowledged by any of the 3 employees working. A gentlemen in the dining room told me he had been waiting over 45 minutes for his order to arrive. At that point I remembered why I hate this particular Sonic and decided to vacate the premises and go elsewhere. The last time I was here...again while traveling we waited over an hour for our food and the order was completely messed up when we received it. Seriously....don't bother. Worst customer service EVER!

I ordered a milkshake, and there was supposed to be caramel and brownie in it. There was no caramel in it and very little brownie. Not to mention it was half empty. I returned about five minutes later to ask for either a new one or a refund, they told me the machines were off but they'd make me a new one. So they did.... with the melted ice cream.

I really hate writing bad reviews. Especially on a place so dear to my heart. I grew up going to Sonic. Gathering up change to buy a slushie after school was a ritual. The sonic here in Rock Springs is usually on top of it. They are very friendly and fast and normally I do not mind a wait when things get busy. However, yesterday I brought my three year old and one year old inside to beat the heat. We ordered a kids meal and two slushies. I waited twenty minutes! While I was waiting a few kids came in and placed their drink orders and got them right away. Finally after a twenty minute wait and a two very hungry and angry toddlers I asked for my money back. The cashier asked what I had ordered and I told him and he said "Oh they are ready. Do you want them?" I said "NO. I wanted them twenty minutes ago when our slushies weren't watered down" so he got the manager and the manager told me "you don't want your order? It's ready". I told him the same thing I told his cashier "Yea. I wanted my slushies twenty minutes ago" so he handed my money back and didn't even apologize or try to make the situation right. Sonic get it together! I didn't appreciate waiting for a slushie and watching others get their drinks first.

We pulled into this one - late night on a 'girls wild weekend' road trip. I had to have my Strawberry Limeade Fix, and they were about to close shop, but the girl totally set me up with my drink, and the other girls with shakes and slushee's. The staff was really really sweet and accomodating, and the drink was delicious. Always a stop on my road trips thru Wyoming!
